- Liaison and Communication: Effectively communicate with Allied Health, Community Care Services, and specialist practices to ensure seamless patient care.
- Clinical Competency: Perform clinical duties within your level of clinical competency, adhering to best available evidence and practice standards.
Requirements: Essential experience in General Practice, with skills in patient health assessments, chronic disease management, immunisations, and effective communication. Proficiency in Best Practice Software and cold chain procedures is also required.
