Aboriginal Engagement Specialist

We are seeking an Aboriginal Engagement Specialist to join our team. This is an identified role that requires a deep understanding of the values of an inclusive society and a commitment to work together in unity with First Nations people and non-Indigenous Australians to promote healing and mutual respect.
The successful candidate will have experience in leading projects and strong engagement and communication skills. They will be able to develop and lead DPV Health's second Innovate RAP, build and strengthen relationships with local Aboriginal Peoples' stakeholders and other partners, and co-design solutions that can be implemented across DPV Health.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about promoting reconciliation and improving the lives of Indigenous Australians.
Requirements- Experience in leading projects and developing strategies to improve outcomes for Indigenous Australians
- Strong engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- A deep understanding of the Reconciliation Action Plan process and the ability to co-design solutions that can be implemented across DPV Health
