Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in general commercial contracting.
  • Relevant experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with suppliers and service providers.
  • M&A experience, particularly involvement in the integration of new companies/businesses into existing corporate structures.
  • Procurement experience is highly sought after.
  • Ability to hit the ground running, work autonomously, and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface at all levels.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen.
  • Excellent client service focus, ethic, and commitment.
  • The right to live and work in Australia and hold or be able to obtain a current practicing certificate.
