We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team to continue the exceptional care of our residents.

Your role involves delivering outstanding person-centered care that adheres to the highest nursing standards, overseen by our Quality and Clinical Care Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and administer medications in accordance with current policy, accreditation standards, and Victorian Regulations.
- Complete and delegate required assessments and care planning activities as needed with the electronic care and lifestyle program.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to all personal care staff.
- Assist in the nursing management of all residents and report significant changes to the Registered Nurse in Charge.
About You:
As a Registered Nurse, you'll be an advocate for our residents, using your passion to make a difference in their lives.
Your role involves delivering diverse clinical care and support services, working closely with care recipients, their families, and healthcare team members.
You will assist the care recipients to experience a greater level of independence and ensure their health and wellness are supported.
Requirements:
- Qualified Registered Nurse with current registration, sound knowledge of ANACC and the accreditation process.
- Experience in gerontological nursing and current practices.
- Demonstrated experience in the supervision, training, and coaching of staff.
- Strong observational and written assessment skills.
