Unlocking Potential in Technology Delivery

The Technology Delivery team focuses on empowering teams to achieve exceptional outcomes through technology.

We collaborate with teams and leaders across Technology to drive planning, improve processes, and enhance delivery results.

This role presents an opportunity to work across various teams, driving real impact and making a significant difference at-scale.

You will engage with diverse stakeholders, including teams creating outstanding outcomes within the Bank and senior Technology leaders.

Our team actively seeks internal and external insights to challenge our thinking and implement learnings.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage modern delivery practices, combined with local and global insights, to push the boundaries of exceptional delivery and its enabling factors.
  • Work closely with multiple teams to identify opportunities for delivery improvement, develop detailed next steps, and track progress towards delivery.
  • Contribute to scaling ideas that can enhance delivery across Technology.
  • Analyse delivery-related data to drive impactful insights and challenge the work being done in Technology.
  • Promote thought leadership on opportunities to refine our working methods in Technology.
  • Drive the sharing of best practices and learnings across Technology.
  • Support broader team objectives, including quarterly planning cycles in Technology.

We're interested in candidates with:

  • Experience in modern delivery practices, including agile methodologies, and their application at-scale.
  • Demonstrable experience working consultatively with teams to identify, frame, and document opportunities, and implement them.
  • Background in transformation or delivering strategic initiatives highly desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Capacity to synthesise complex data sets and identify key insights.
  • Sound data visualisation skills to present insights clearly.
  • Attention to detail, with excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Experience with data analytics tools.
  • Understanding of technology and banking, and how it relates to customer outcomes.
  • Agile mindset in a changing environment, with a desire for continued learning.
