Occupational Therapist Opportunities

We are a leading provider of services to individuals with disabilities, supporting thousands of participants annually with the care and support they need. Our team takes a comprehensive approach, building a personalized service plan around the unique needs and goals of our participants.

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Occupational Therapist to join our team. You'll bring expertise, maturity, and strong organizational skills to the role. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality supports to help our participants achieve their goals and improve their independence, access, development, health, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services to our participants
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate participants' functional capacity and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based interventions to enhance participants' quality of life and meet their goals
  • Mentor and support early career clinicians

You'll work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our participants receive coordinated care. You'll also have opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
