Key Responsibilities
  • Directly manage and lead a team of E&I Technicians and tradespeople.
  • Enforce and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with industry safety standards and company policies.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality work meets project standards and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for E&I activities, coordinating with other disciplines to optimize project timelines.
  • Foster effective communication within the Electrical team and collaborate with other discipline supervisors and project managers to address challenges and ensure smooth project progression.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in E&I supervision on brownfields construction projects, proficient knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, equipment, and construction techniques, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and industry best practices is also essential.
