Transforming transportation solutions requires a strategic thinker, and that’s exactly what we need in this role. As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for overseeing contracts for the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport Stations, Systems, Trains and Operations & Maintenance PPP Project.

  • Your primary objective will be to effectively manage these contracts, ensuring seamless collaboration with external entities within an unincorporated joint venture and across the PPP contractual structure.
  • You’ll also draft complex correspondence, build claims, and negotiate dispute resolutions in close coordination with project and commercial managers.
The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • A minimum of 4+ years post-graduate experience.
  • A background in private legal practice or in-house legal roles, preferably with expertise in contract management and dispute resolution within the infrastructure/construction sectors.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and ability to assess and mitigate contractual risks.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
