Job Role Overview

Deliver high-quality service as the first point of contact for patients and visitors in our hospital car park, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage enquiries with accurate and empathetic information to patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Support functionality and maintenance of car park equipment, including gates, ticketing systems, and infrastructure.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as pass management, mail distribution, reporting, and data management to ensure smooth operations.
