Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through lunch and dinner shifts
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Upsell and promote Modern Australian Food and Craft Beers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume venue
  • Valid RSA certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • An unparalleled eye for detail and a commitment to upholding high standards
