Job Summary

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC technician to perform warranty-related installations and repairs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential HVAC installation and repair, with a focus on ensuring proper functionality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and resolve issues with installed systems.
  • Replace defective components and parts under warranty, adhering to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
  • Document all work performed, including detailed records of parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain warranty coverage, repair processes, and preventive maintenance recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicles and equipment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.

Essential Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in residential HVAC installation and repair.
  • EPA certification required; additional certifications or licenses may be preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
