Job Description

As a Principal Solicitor Regulatory Commercial, you will work in the corporate commercial regulatory space providing strategic, pragmatic, focused, and accountable specialist legal advice and strategy across a range of areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal services in support of our SafeWork NSW business;
  • Working in an interesting and fast-paced regulatory environment;
  • Joining a passionate and motivated group of professionals providing independent, professional legal advice and legal services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Laws or equivalent degree qualification;
  • Admitted as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales;
  • Strong analytical ability, lateral thinking, and problem-solving skills;
  • Sound knowledge of two or more of the following: contracts, licenses, Intellectual Property, funding/grants, corporate/commercial projects, ICT/Digital, and procurement.
