Warehouse Operations Specialist

Job Description:
">The Warehouse Operations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. This includes managing inventory stock levels, scheduling equipment maintenance, and performing daily essential warehouse duties.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory stock levels and place new orders with suppliers">
- Replenish crews' bins in accordance with pick lists">
- Receive, unload, and unpack inventory and store them away in designated storage locations">
- Pack and send inventory back to suppliers in case of change orders">
- Monitor inventory stock levels and report delivery shortages, non-deliveries, and other discrepancies">
- Maintain clear labels, signage, and maps in the warehouse">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, you will need experience in a similar position, ideally in maintenance or heavy industry sectors. You should also have proficiency in using SAP/Ariba/JDE software and MS Office tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook.
">In addition, you will need current licenses for materials handling equipment (forklift, gantry crane) and working knowledge of WorkSafe Victoria and Safe Work Australia Regulations, Codes of Practice, and Guides.
