Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition & Early Careers Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our People and Culture department, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of our Early Careers programs across Urbis and Cistri
  • Facilitate relationships with universities and other external stakeholders to engage in ongoing initiatives
  • Manage and analyze Talent Acquisition data to provide insights for improvement
  • Coordinate and support the integration of the Employer brand throughout the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process
  • Craft impactful internal and external communications
