Clinical Project Manager CRO Role

Are you a seasoned professional in clinical project management looking for a new challenge? As a Clinical Project Manager CRO, you will be responsible for overseeing the project lifecycle of clinical trials from phase 1 to 4 and clinical registries. Your expertise will be essential in driving the success of our organization's research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned activities related to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of multinational and local clinical trials.
  • Coordinate the planning, execution, and reporting of operational aspects of allocated projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, fostering effective communication between sponsor and internal study teams.
  • Guarantee that clinical research projects are adequately resourced, executed, and reported according to established timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in clinical research project management, preferably in a CRO, Pharmaceutical, or Biotechnology environment.
  • Project management certification is desirable.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading clinical trials, with experience managing all functional capabilities involved in CRO-directed clinical research.
