The Just Group, parent company of Portmans, is seeking a skilled Retail Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs.

With 7 iconic brands, including Peter Alexander, Just Jeans, Jacqui E, Jay Jays, Portmans, Smiggle, and Dotti, we have over 1200 stores across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, the United Kingdom, and the Republic of Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations, including sales, wages, KPIs, and stock loss targets
- Develop and coach a team to achieve sales and customer service objectives
- Provide a unique customer experience, driving customer loyalty and retention
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create an engaging in-store experience

Requirements:
- Management experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPIs, and stock loss targets
- Previous visual merchandising experience, working from a brief, is an advantage

- Experience in developing and coaching a team
