Tech Business Analyst

Business analysts play a vital role in ensuring that projects meet customer needs and are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Main Responsibilities- Gather customer requirements using various tools and techniques such as surveys, interviews, and documentation reviews.
- Evaluate requirements from multiple sources including customers, stakeholders, and team members, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement business processes and systems based on customer needs.
- Develop business cases and financial models to support project proposals.
- Analyze data conversion needs and define data transformation and mapping.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions and prepare presentations to ensure everyone is aligned with project goals and objectives.
- Produce and manage client-facing documentation such as business requirements documents and process maps.
- Manage customer inquiries and coordinate project delivery.
- Experience as a business analyst or technical business analyst.
- Proficient in creating various documentation such as business requirements and process maps.
- Understanding of relational databases and experience configuring software packages.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
