About the Role

This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment where you will be working with a team of approximately 600 employees to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Safety Compliance: Understand and adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and practices to maintain a secure workplace.
  • Loading and Stacking: Load and stack carcasses onto trucks for dispatch in a timely and organized manner.
  • Product Organisation: Accurately sort and organize products according to delivery schedules.
  • Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality and safety standards before dispatch.
  • General Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Physical Ability: Physically fit and able to handle repetitive lifting.
  • Reliability: Reliable, punctual, and available for night shifts.
  • Environmental Adaptability: Comfortable working in a cold, fast-paced environment.
  • Transportation: A valid License is required.
