Job Description

Our company is seeking an exceptional Office Manager to lead and support activities in successful project delivery, business development, cross-team collaboration, and staff motivation. The ideal candidate will have confidence and experience in professional services, with a proven track record in managing a large office with multi-discipline staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Appropriate Engineering, Planning, Science tertiary qualifications or relevant experience
  2. Proven leadership and capability in managing a large office with multi-discipline staff
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated and lead by example
  4. A strong track record in building, nurturing, and maintaining ongoing client relationships.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  6. Approachable and engaging character who enjoys seeing team success

They will handle enquiries on major projects within the local geographical area, develop, facilitate, and enhance relationships between internal and external clients and SLR team members, and build rapport quickly with other technical discipline leads and managers and their teams.
