As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5 and overseeing the purchasing process, ensuring compliance with nationally agreed pricing contracts, and delivering on-time performance to various locations throughout the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring efficient stock management and minimizing waste.
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to reduce costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results and improve internal processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
