Assemblage Specialist

Max Door Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Factory Hand to join our Production team on a casual basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling a range of specialty doors, including high-speed doors, insulated sectional doors, acoustic doors, and allied products. They will work collaboratively with the production team to deliver quality and on-time outcomes.

• Assembly of doors and allied products
• Working with hand tools, band saws, pneumatic presses, etc.
• Working to procedure and schedules
• Delivery and collection of components
• Receiving and dispatch
• Periodic stocktakes

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing environment, with skills in power tools and basic machine operation. They must hold a current driver's license and preferably a forklift license. Excellent hand skills, reliability, punctuality, and good communication and teamwork skills are also essential.

We offer a friendly and supportive team environment, with flexible working hours of up to 38 hours per week. You will receive training on a range of systems and equipment to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
