Job Overview

The Facilities Manager role is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and take on the challenge of maintaining school buildings and grounds.

A key responsibility will be to undertake minor maintenance and repairs tasks, ensuring that all work complies with statutory obligations and Department Standards.

As a Facilities Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in:

  • Staying up-to-date with relevant industry developments and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that school buildings and grounds are well maintained and presented;
  • Maintain a healthy and safe working environment by having knowledge of OH&S Regulations and planning/leading OH&S committees;
  • Attend training as appropriate (e.g. Working Safely at Heights);
  • Work cooperatively with teachers, education support, students, parents, and contractors;
  • Undertake other duties relevant to the field of responsibility as requested by the Business Manager, Principal, or Leadership team.
