Job Opportunity: Technical Cleaners

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Data Centre/Cleanroom Technical Cleaners in Sydney. The positions available are for full-time and part-time members of the team, reporting to the Service Manager.

About the Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing leadership, supervision, and direction to the cleaning team, ensuring exceptional cleaning services are delivered according to standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing leadership, supervision, and direction to the cleaning team.
  • Responsible for the delivery of exceptional cleaning services according to standards.
  • Training and developing all BACS cleaners.
  • Inspecting and conducting Quality Control.
  • Being a competent and meticulous cleaner of designated areas, including technical environments involving scrubbing surfaces, dusting, mopping, vacuuming.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Solid experience in the cleaning industry.

- Minimum 2 years' experience in supervising staff for supervisor roles.

- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Intermediate computer skills.

- Flexibility in availability in meeting peak demands during and after business hours.

- WHS awareness on cleaning sites.

- Cert III or IV in Asset Maintenance viewed favourably.

Requirements:

Successful applicants will possess Australian Citizenship, pass security background checks, hold a current valid relevant Australian driver's licence, and be able to attend multiple jobs per day in Sydney and surrounding areas with occasional travel to regional and interstate areas.
