Northern Territory Facilities Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to students, staff, and stakeholders.
- Assist with the maintenance and facility operations of rural campuses and student accommodation in your region.
- Provide support with tasks like Work, Health and Safety (WHS) activities.
- Manage inventory and purchasing cleaning supplies.
- Coordinate maintenance and bookings for fleet vehicles.
Requirements:
- Completion of a relevant degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and make informed decisions independently.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for producing reports and correspondence.
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with team members and stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
- Understanding of contemporary administrative systems and the ability to apply relevant policies in a complex environment.
