About the Role: Flinders University is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Rural Health Facilities Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to students, staff, and stakeholders, ensuring a welcoming and vibrant campus atmosphere. You will assist with the maintenance and facility operations of rural campuses and student accommodation in your region, provide support with tasks like Work, Health and Safety (WHS) activities, and manage inventory and purchasing cleaning supplies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to students, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Assist with the maintenance and facility operations of rural campuses and student accommodation in your region.
  • Provide support with tasks like Work, Health and Safety (WHS) activities.
  • Manage inventory and purchasing cleaning supplies.
  • Coordinate maintenance and bookings for fleet vehicles.


Requirements:
  • Completion of a relevant degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and make informed decisions independently.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for producing reports and correspondence.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with team members and stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
  • Understanding of contemporary administrative systems and the ability to apply relevant policies in a complex environment.
