Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Product Optimisation Specialist to join our team.

The successful applicant will possess experience as a John Deere Technician, Agronomist and/or background in Precision Ag, with strong coaching, training and mentoring skills, and excellent organisational skills while demonstrating a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities include coordinating and running customer demonstrations, clinics and product optimisation days, assisting in start-ups and optimisations of selected new machinery and solutions, ensuring quality machine data capture, proper machine set-up and delivery of third-party recommendations, and providing feedback on quality control procedures.

About You

The successful applicant should possess the following attributes:

  • Experience as a John Deere Technician, Agronomist and/or background in Precision Ag.
  • Strong coaching, training and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills while demonstrating a keen attention to detail.
