Commercial Lawyer

At Butler McDermott Lawyers, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Commercial Solicitor to join our dynamic team.

We are currently looking for a Solicitor to join our busy Commercial Team. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, enjoy working autonomously and running their own files.

• Liaising with clients, legal representatives and third parties
• Drafting contracts, leases and other commercial documentation
• Providing advice

Our clients are longstanding, generational clients who have significant landholdings and private high value companies who require a dedicated and knowledgeable Commercial Team to assist them with their matters.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be self-motivated, have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Possess excellent time management and organisational skills
• Have the ability to provide high level client-focused service with a demonstrated attention to detail
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
