As a key member of our team, the Installation Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the successful installation, service, and maintenance of car wash systems and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation involves understanding electrical, plumbing, water heaters, and hydraulic systems to ensure seamless operation.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment is paramount, adhering to procedures and regulations at all times.
  • Effective communication and teamwork are essential in fostering a positive work environment among team members.
  • The Installation Specialist will assist the install Supervisor to ensure projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations.
  • Upholding customer confidence requires maintaining confidentiality and interacting courteously with clients.
  • Cross-training opportunities allow team members to develop various skills such as plumbing, electrical, welding, etc., enhancing their overall value to the organization.
  • Safety codes and regulations, including OSHA guidelines, must be strictly adhered to at all times.
Qualifications
  • A High School Diploma/GED is the minimum educational requirement for this position.
  • Willingsness to travel overnight 5 days a week is mandatory.
  • A clean driving record and valid driver's license are required.
  • Previous experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Welding, Fabricator, or Construction trades is highly desirable.
  • Coordination and motor skills to work with power/hand tools are essential.
