Job Opportunity

Newly created management role in North East Metro area. Full-time position with salary packaging benefits, flexibility and wellbeing.

The job involves leading a team to deliver mental health services and support to families and carers. Strong leadership skills and experience in managing budgets are required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment, induction and orientation of staff
  • Providing operational leadership to the team
  • Managing staff roster/timesheets and leave
  • Working closely with the Lived Experience Practice Lead
  • Promoting feedback from service users and quality improvement activities

Required qualifications and experience include:

  • Lived/living experience as a family member/carer of someone with mental ill health (preferred)
  • Qualifications in mental health, alcohol and other drugs, allied health or equivalent discipline
  • Demonstrated leadership/management experience in high-quality health or community services
