We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Roshana Romily House Mental Health Care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food service, meal preparation, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and implement food service in accordance with planned menus
  • Prepare and serve meals that align with the menu and comply with all necessary health standards
  • Monitor and audit kitchen performance to ensure continuous improvements
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
  • Plan and implement daily food preparation lists for effective production

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in commercial cookery
  • Minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery
  • Personable, with a genuine empathy and enjoyment of working with people
  • Good time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
