We offer a career acceleration opportunity designed to drive your professional growth. You will be selected for a specific role within the business, allowing you to take ownership from day one.

The 18-month program includes six monthly rotations across various divisions, providing opportunities to explore different areas and develop new skills.

You will work with experienced professionals, gain exposure to specialized teams, and have the chance to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Our program is ideal for individuals who are curious, smart, driven, and passionate about making a difference in the world of banking and finance.

About the Institutional Program

As an Institutional Grad, you will participate in three rotations across the division, exploring business areas such as Coverage, Product, and Enablement/ Data and Digital.

You will have the opportunity to learn from highly experienced professionals, specialists, and subject matter experts, and contribute your own perspective and insight into the evolving world of banking and finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive transformation;
  • Balance customer requirements and risk appetite from a lending and capital management perspective;
  • Deliver efficient credit processes to help customers achieve their objectives;
  • Act with autonomy and confidence in balancing credit risk appetite, capital constraints, and return objectives.
