Feed Production Specialist

As a Feed Production Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing food production efficiency by assisting in the planning and implementation of research and development projects.

Key responsibilities include conducting field trials and experiments to evaluate agricultural products and practices, collecting and analysing soil, plant, and water samples to support research activities, developing feed milling operations and monitoring associated costs, operating and maintaining agricultural machinery and equipment, and monitoring crop growth and health, recording observations and findings.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification (Diploma) in agriculture or agronomy.
  • 1-3 years experience as an Agricultural Technician.
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and technologies.
  • Experience with field trials and agricultural research methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data collection and reporting.
  • Ability to operate agricultural machinery and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Passion for sustainable agriculture and innovation.
