Educational Strategist

Job Title: Arts and Technologies Leadership Position
A permanent, full-time role is available requiring educational leadership within the school and broader community. Your primary focus will be on developing and promoting the school's vision.
You will work closely with the Principal to ensure active participation from staff, community volunteers, and stakeholders in the context of the Arts, and Design and Technology learning areas.

• Develop and promote the school's vision and encourage active participation from stakeholders.
• Provide professional guidance to Arts, and Design and Technology teachers, ensuring they stay informed on relevant curriculum issues.
• Facilitate teaching and learning outcomes, employing effective performance management strategies, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Implement change management strategies to lead the school community in accepting and developing opportunities for improved service within your specified subject area.
• Contribute to the collaborative development of the school plan, involving participative decision-making, policy development, and the establishment of necessary systems.
