Senior Clinical Psychologist Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to provide high-quality clinical services to clients, with a focus on assessment, intervention, and evaluation of clinical outcomes in diverse client populations.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering evidence-based psychological interventions in child and adult mental health settings.
- They will also possess effective written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Additionally, the successful applicant will be able to provide supervision and education to students and other healthcare professionals.
- A leadership role is also expected, with the ability to realign work practices to achieve organisational objectives.
About the Role: The Senior Clinical Psychologist will contribute to the development and implementation of clinical education programs, working closely with our Director to improve clinical management policy and procedures, and quality outcomes from our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clinical services to clients, including assessment, intervention, and evaluation of clinical outcomes.
- Develop and implement clinical education programs for students and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the improvement of clinical management policy and procedures, and quality outcomes from our services.
- Collaborate with our Director to develop and implement organisational objectives.
Requirements: A Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology is required, along with extensive experience in delivering evidence-based psychological interventions in child and adult mental health settings. Effective written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, are essential.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in supervising students and providing education to other healthcare professionals is highly desirable.
