This role is responsible for providing expert advice to senior management on contemporary industrial relations, high-level dispute resolution, strategic employment frameworks, and enterprise bargaining agreements.
">- Provide interpretation advice on awards, enterprise bargaining agreements, legislation, and policies to all levels of management and employees.
- Assist in the negotiation, development, and implementation of enterprise bargaining agreements for all employee groups, including negotiating with relevant unions/employee representatives.
- Resolve grievances and disputes through the provision of advice to management or by independent review and reporting.
- Prepare briefing material, cabinet submissions, and correspondence in relation to industrial relations issues, employment, and policy frameworks and best practice.
- Apear as an industrial advocate in Queensland Industrial Relations Commission, other tribunals, and at high-level negotiations with a range of stakeholders.
Other
Experience in an Industrial Relations and/or legislative interpretation context will be considered favourably.
