The Role:

We are looking for dynamic sales professionals to join our store, driving sales growth through excellent customer service, teamwork, and a passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service in-store with premium products
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Process high volumes of stock and manage inventory effectively
  • Pick and pack click-and-dispatch orders efficiently
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential
  • A genuine passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and energetic team environment
  • Self-motivated and willing to meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
