Professional Services Business Receptionist

We are currently looking for a receptionist to work part-time at our professional services business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing administrative support to our senior staff.
About the RoleThis role is approximately 20-25 hours per week and involves working between 10am and 2pm on weekdays. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced business environment and contribute to the success of our company.
Responsibilities- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Providing administrative support to senior staff
- Filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, and other ad hoc tasks as requested
- Organising appointments and registering incoming and outgoing mail
- Following up client enquiries
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a high level of organisation and time management skills. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
