About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Residential Draftsperson to join our drafting team at Clarendon Homes. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating architectural drawings for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce accurate and professional architectural drawings using Revit.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to understand client requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
  • Ensure compliance with Building Codes, Australian standards, and design guidelines.
  • Contribute to the overall success of our division by providing support to the drafting team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant Australian drafting experience in the residential industry.
  • Certificate IV in Architectural Drafting or Associate Diploma in Architectural Drafting.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
