Job Description

As a team leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process. Your team sorts donations from charity partners and gets them ready for the retail floor. A typical day might include:

  • Coaching a team member on meeting their targets
  • Welcoming and training new team members
  • Meeting and engaging with customers and donors
  • Planning production for the following month
  • Leading team safety meetings

Key Requirements

To ensure you can hit the ground running, you will need:

  • Availability for full-time hours – Monday to Friday 7:30am – 3:30pm
  • Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment – retail, production, warehousing or hospitality
  • Strong communication and coaching skills – empowering and inspiring your team
  • Impact-driven – making a difference on your team and community
  • Customer-focused – passionate about providing exceptional service
  • Eager to learn – always looking for better ways
  • Doing the right thing – standing up for what's right
