Senior Software Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Developer to lead the design and development of complex software applications across multiple technology stacks.

  • This role involves overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment, and ensuring that our applications meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with serverless technologies and AWS services, as well as strong backend development skills in at least one modern server-side language.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Develop Scalable Applications: Lead the design and development of scalable enterprise-grade applications using serverless and microservices architecture on AWS.
  2. Architect Complex APIs: Architect and develop complex RESTful APIs and integrate them with multiple third-party services.
  3. Drive Frontend Architecture: Drive frontend architecture decisions and build sophisticated user interfaces using modern frameworks like Angular or React.
  4. Implement Backend Systems: Design and implement robust backend systems using modern server-side technologies and languages.
  5. Mentor Developers: Lead code reviews, establish testing strategies, and guide architectural decisions.
  6. Optimize Application Performance: Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability at enterprise scale.
  7. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders on technical strategy, system design, and technology roadmaps.
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of professional software development experience with demonstrated leadership.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one frontend framework (Angular, React, Vue.js).
  • Strong backend development experience in at least one modern server-side language (PHP, Node.js, Python, Go, Java, C#, etc.).
  • Extensive experience with serverless technologies and AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of system design, API architecture, and microservices patterns.
  • Proven experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and scalable code.
  • Experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in multiple backend languages and frameworks across different ecosystems.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code and cloud architecture (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK).
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and team leadership.
