Job Opportunity:

The role of the Finance Officer is to ensure accurate and timely processing and recording of accounting transactions.

This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

The successful candidate will possess analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent customer service skills, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, verify and enter financial data into computerised systems.
  • Reconcile financial data and maintain associated records.
  • Undertake banking tasks and respond to debtor and creditor enquiries.
  • Provide general assistance within the finance section and undertake other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge consistent with qualifications recognised at Certificate 3 level.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively.
