Job Summary

The Construction Project Leader oversees the entire construction process, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and providing a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and guide the Construction team to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Drive high performance of Construction teams through regular feedback
  • Forecast and achieve completion targets, evaluating departmental performances and efficiencies
  • Effectively communicate strategic initiatives and objectives
  • Promote a positive culture across all departments and external subcontractor relations
  • Champion the construction process with stakeholders to achieve desired timeframes
  • Innovate and lead trials in new products and alternative construction methods
  • Demonstrate collaboration amongst Building Managers forum
