Senior Business Analysis Role

We are seeking a senior business analyst to lead initiatives in privileged identity governance and passwordless authentication.

About the Job:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business analysis for initiatives in Privileged Identity Governance and Passwordless Authentication.
  • Candidates should have experience working with stakeholders across cyber security, cloud infrastructure, and IAM teams.
  • A strong domain knowledge in Cyber Security, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity & Access Management (IAM), Passwordless authentication, Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead business analysis for initiatives in Privileged Identity Governance and Passwordless Authentication.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders across cyber security, cloud infrastructure, and IAM teams.
  3. Map current and target state processes, identify gaps, and define actionable requirements.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst in large, complex environments.
  • Strong documentation skills: RACI, operating models, training materials, process documentation.
  • Familiarity with Essential 8 mitigation strategies, cyber security controls, governance, and assurance frameworks.
