NDIS Support Worker Job Description

We are seeking motivated and compassionate support workers to provide care and assistance to individuals with disabilities.

  • Support clients of all ages with intellectual impairments, mental health issues, and physical disabilities.
  • Provide personal care, assist with medication administration, manual handling, and challenging behaviors.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, adapting to their unique needs and circumstances.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Cert III or higher in a relevant field.
  • 12+ months paid experience working in a similar role.
  • QLD Blue Card/Working with Children Check.
  • PAID NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
  • First Aid Certificate (current).
  • CPR Certificate (current).
  • Able to provide 100 points of ID, including work rights in Australia.
  • National Police Check (current) - relevant and not older than 6 months.
  • COVID vaccinated (2 doses).
  • Unrestricted Open QLD Driver Licence.
  • Own reliable transport for work purposes.
  • Full Comprehensive Car Insurance.
  • Smartphone (iOS or Android).
