Equity And Inclusion Strategist

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as an Equity and Inclusion Strategist. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement inclusive policies and practices that support the delivery of equitable outcomes for all employees.
  • Provide expert advice on equity and inclusion matters to leaders and stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver training programs to promote belonging, inclusion, and equity across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organisational progress towards achieving DEI accreditations.
  • Monitor and report on progress towards equity and inclusion goals.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles and best practices.
  • Experience leading equity and inclusion centred initiatives within a People and Culture function.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
