Senior Facilities Coordinator Role

We are seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator who will collaborate with the Facilities Manager and Operations Manager to ensure seamless operations within our studio and facilities. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual with exceptional organisational skills, a team player who strives to maximize team and department performance.

The successful candidate will work closely with various teams including Technology, Facilities, Talent, HR and Finance to facilitate maintenance requests from the studio, manage HVAC/BMS requirements, relationships with contractors and suppliers, and maintain aesthetics of the studio in collaboration with the Facilities and Operations Managers.

  • Facilitate maintenance requests from the studio, including ergonomic requirements.
  • Manage all HVAC/BMS requirements.
  • Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers, including onboarding new vendors.
  • Manage First Aid and Fire Wardens, ensuring training is up to date.
  • Assist the Facilities Manager with reporting.
  • Assist the Operations Manager with implementing and driving procedural WHS changes.
  • Build and manage a proactive maintenance program for the studio.
  • Maintain the aesthetics of the studio in collaboration with the Facilities and Operations Managers.
  • Manage ILM car parking for visitors and staff in coordination with Disney Studios Australia Security team.
  • Provide coverage at the reception desk and with all Facilities tasks when required.
  • Cover early and late shifts as needed.
  • Assist with staff events, screenings, and team activities.
  • Support mentoring coordinator and runner roles.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic self-starter with exceptional organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and re-prioritize tasks continually.
  • Detailed and methodical approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • A team player committed to maximizing team and department performance.
