Job Title: Nursing Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nursing professional to deliver exceptional patient-centered care via telehealth.

  • Provide attentive and holistic care to patients over the phone, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, care plans, and medication charts.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and patients, fostering clear and empathetic communication.
  • Educate patients on health-related topics, including medication management and lifestyle modifications, promoting informed decision-making.
  • Monitor medications and dosage, observing patients for adverse reactions and reporting any concerns to relevant authorities.
  • Collaborate with audit teams to review findings and implement corrective actions, ensuring quality and safety standards.
  • Manage the recall process for pathology, promptly notifying patients of their results, providing follow-up instructions, and scheduling necessary consultations.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration as a nursing professional with the relevant governing body.
  • Prior experience in nursing through telehealth, with a strong understanding of its benefits and challenges.
  • The ability to build rapport with patients over the phone, creating a supportive environment that fosters trust and open communication.
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team, contributing to seamless care delivery.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and standards in healthcare, ensuring compliance and integrity.
  • Confidence in working within a digital environment, leveraging technology to enhance patient outcomes and efficiency.
