We are seeking a motivated individual to join our exceptional luxury team as a Guest Service Agent Overnight. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver outstanding experiences for our guests and be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and drive.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide high-quality service to customers by responding promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
- Account Management: Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.
- Communication: Operate the telephone effectively, handling all calls professionally, greeting callers according to our company policy.
- Motivation: Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience: Experience within a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills.
