About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Recruitment Professional to join our Talent Acquisition team. This key role involves providing expert advice and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment strategies, contributing to the recruitment cycle, and driving innovation in talent acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions, including creating job-based recruitment campaigns and managing all stages of the process from job briefs to candidate placement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements and preferences.
  • Enhance the quality and efficiency of the recruitment process through continuous refinement and innovation, aligning with changing workforce needs.
  • Proactively source candidates using various channels, such as job boards, networking events, and talent pools.
  • Maintain transparent communication and reporting systems for stakeholders and candidates.

About You

  • You will possess excellent relationship-building skills, experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, and expertise in advising managers on informed selection decisions.
  • A proven track record in multitasking, managing competing priorities, and adapting to changing circumstances would be beneficial.
  • A strong business focus, prioritizing client and employee satisfaction, is essential.
  • You will thrive in a collaborative environment, embracing change and continuous improvement to drive positive outcomes.
