**Job Title:** CNC Machine Fabricator

CNC machine fabricators work with computer-controlled machines to cut, shape and assemble various materials into precision parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programming the CNC machine for production runs
  • Operating the CNC machine to produce precision parts
  • Inspecting fabricated parts for accuracy and quality
  • Cleaning and maintaining equipment
  • Making adjustments to the operating speed based on vibrations and sounds indicating a malfunction
  • Calculating the amount of material needed for each job
  • Keeping accurate records of production

Requirements:

  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret G-code programming
  • Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and operate heavy machinery
  • Good communication skills for working effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software applications
