Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm welcomes and excellent service to customers, take orders and handle payments
  • Share knowledge of various coffee beans and roasts with customers, educating them on the differences
  • Operate coffee grinders and adjust settings as needed to produce high-quality beverages
  • Prepare and serve espresso-based coffee drinks and other specialty beverages
  • Ensure that all coffee-making equipment is clean and well-maintained, adhering to strict hygiene procedures
  • Restock shelves and fridges with items, maintaining a well-organized workspace
  • Train new employees on equipment operation and drink preparation, fostering a culture of teamwork and knowledge-sharing
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
